I cannot say I have a thing for Kristen Stewart (she just doesn't seem to convince me as an actor), but that said, I can definitely respect it when someone can capture a wonderful likeness of her, regardless of the mediums used.

If I had to be honest, you've captured her most favourite reaction... just purely deadpan no matter the situation. I'd be led to believe some people (comedians like John Cleese) could apply deadpan emotions to great effect (ever seen "The Ministry of Silly Walks?"), but for Kristen... eh, I dunno. She could try smiling now and again. =p

My unimportant gripes aside, you've done very well here. Everything about this picture has defined Kristen perfectly, and captured her likeness very well. So on that note, great job, and looking forward to more. =)

I gotta agree with your friend, then. =p

And who knows, her expressions (or lack thereof) could be more suited to dramas or other sad-story type movies. And it does make nice fodder for artistic creativity.

I guess she oughta express herself more... but that's just my opinion.

Me neither, perhaps she'd best stick to soap operas then, in that case. =p

Seriously though, for what you just mentioned, she'd be perfect for that film (let's face it, you can't spell "Miserables" without "miserable". It's as if she has that expression every single day.

Perhaps as a secondary or minor character... some possible thoughts. =p

I can't speak from experience since I haven't seen the film, but who knows where she could end up in such a film? :hmm:

but as long as shez good on what character they always put her on, and shez does an effort to bring something to it that is remarkable.

True, that's what actors are paid for to begin with. And let's face it, who else might have been able to play Bella Swan in the Twilight series? (She's gonna take that role all the way to the grave, no question)

After all, that's the role she's probably going to be best known for.
